10 Years with ReNet and Not Leaving Any Time Soon
I've been involved in Real Estate for 20 odd years now. Over the last 10 years I've been using ReNet. ReNet is an excellent client management platform which tracks all your data. Your past clients, future clients, prompts you to ring them. You can print brochures out of ReNet, also tracks your KPIs and all of your goals etc. It's an excellent program, just perfect for Real Estate Agents. If you're not using ReNet, I highly recommend it and get onto it now.

Saving Me Time and Stress
Every time I print a brochure or an Open Home invite I think back to the time when I didn’t have your software and shake my head. I used to have to find the photos, insert them into a word document, insert the text, insert my logo, insert my photo and then arrange it all so it looks presentable. With your system all I have to do is click which one of the many options I would like to print and then I print it! Your system I would say has saved me at least 1 to 1 1/2 hours per week which is money in the bank.

No Request was too Difficult
As a new business, we implemented Renet as our CRM as we found it easy to navigate, and in particular, we liked how we could capture attendee details at open inspections via an iPad and these details were then in our database. Magic! We also liked the way that Renet integrated with realestate.com.au, it made uploading listings so easy. Because we found the Renet team so supportive, we then worked with their IT department to help build our website- and we couldn’t be happier! No request was too difficult and any changes that I requested were always actioned promptly. The way in which our website so easily integrates with the CRM means that updating our website with new listings is done with the click of a button. Thanks to the team for their outstanding ongoing support, we appreciate everything you have done and continue to do for us.
